How to pay your card fees:
  • Simply contact us with details of your Nedbank card.
  • Redeem your Nedbank Greenbacks to pay your annual card fees by going to online, phoning 011 710 4710 or faxing 0861 102 050. You will need to quote your card number.
  • We'll process your request within two working days.
Contribute to your banking fees
Use your Nedbank Greenbacks to contribute up to R100 per month to your banking charges (please note: we'll credit this amount to your account directly as a general contribution - no fees will be reversed). Your banking fee must be equal to or exceed the redemption amount.

You may choose in multiples of:
  • 1 500 Greenbacks = R50 contribution (Max 2 contributions per month)
  • 3 000 Greenbacks = R100 contribution (Max 1 contribution per month)
How to pay your banking fees:
  • Select the cheque or savings account you want to contribute to.
  • Redeem your Greenbacks to pay your banking fees online, phoning 011 710 4710 or faxing 0861 102 050.
  • We'll process your request within two working days.
Invest in unit trusts
2 800 Greenbacks = R100 contribution
Invest in a Nedbank unit trust of your choice and pay 0% initial fee on your invested amount (save up to 5%)
  • Minimum contribution of R3 000 to open a new unit trust account.
  • Contribute in multiples of R100 (2 800 Greenbacks).
How to contribute to a unit trust:
  • Select the Nedbank unit trust from below.
  • Redeem your Nedbank Greenbacks for the amount you want to invest (in multiples of R100) online or calling 0860 123 263 or 021 416 6011. You will need to quote your unit trust account number for contributions, or complete an application form if you are a new investor. For assistance with new investments call Nedgroup (Pty) Ltd Collective Investments on 0860 123 263 or 021 416 6011 (weekdays from 08:00 to 17:00).
  • We'll process your request within two working days.
